What we collect. Only what you provide via the demo access form: your full name, email, phone number, and country. We also note the time you submitted.
Why. To provide access to the Challenge Portal demo and to contact you about the Challenge Portal product, plus occasional marketing emails you have consented to receive.
Where it's stored. In a secure managed database (EU region) and with our email delivery provider for the two emails we send on signup.
How long. Until you ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll remove it within 7 days.
Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, and to withdraw consent at any time — every marketing email has an unsubscribe option, and you can also reply "unsubscribe" or email us directly.
Sharing. We do not sell or share your data with anyone other than our email delivery provider, which processes it solely to deliver our emails.
Cookies & tracking. This site uses essential localStorage to remember that you've unlocked the demo and your onboarding answers. We also keep lightweight first-party analytics: a random anonymous ID per browser, the pages you view inside the demo, time on demo, and any UTM campaign tags from links we sent you. We use this to understand how the demo is being used and to follow up where helpful. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cross-site profiles — so we don't need to show a cookie banner. Email us to opt out.
