About Michael

Built by a gym owner.
Not a software company.

I've spent the last decade on your side of the front desk — I built this because nothing on the market did the job.

Background

Ten years on the gym floor

I got started in the fitness industry ten years ago. Since then I've opened multiple fitness franchises, then gone on to own and operate multi-modality functional gyms, yoga and Pilates studios, and wellness centres.

I've done the 5am opens, the challenge launches, the renewal conversations, the months where the numbers wouldn't move. I know what it costs — in money, time and headspace — to keep members engaged and a gym growing.

I understand the pains gym owners face, because I've faced them.

Why I built it

Why I built the Challenge Portal

Every tool I used as an owner solved a slice of the problem. A CRM gives you a snapshot — who joined, who paid, who lapsed. It tells you what happened. It doesn't help you change it.

What I actually needed was one system that tied everything together: the body-scan data, the meal plans, the daily accountability, the leaderboard buzz that keeps a challenge alive, and the business numbers that tell you whether it's all converting into memberships.

So I built it. First for my own challenges — then, when other owners kept asking about it, for theirs.

This isn't software guessing at what gyms need. It's what I needed, built properly.

Working together

What that means for you

When we work together you're not dealing with a developer learning the fitness industry on your time. You're dealing with someone who's run challenges, retained members, and grown gyms — and who builds every portal bespoke, in your branding, around how your gym actually operates.

See what I built — in 30 seconds.

The exact portal your members would log into, with a real owner dashboard.
